The Eighty-eighth Minnesota Legislature was the legislature of the U.S. state of Minnesota from January 8, 2013 to January 5, 2015. It was composed of the Minnesota Senate and the Minnesota House of Representatives, based on the results of the 2012 Senate election and the 2012 House election. The seats were apportioned based on the 2010 United States Census. It first convened in Saint Paul, Minnesota on January 8, 2013 and last met on May 16, 2014. It held its regular session from January 8 to May 20, 2013 and from February 25 to May 16, 2014.
